About peak training
Hey there! I’m Teriesa Couch.
Throughout the past 6 years, I’ve worked with individuals of all demographics. I worked with many women going through the menopausal transition and this is where I found my passion for helping women specifically. I learned about all the physical, mental, and hormonal changes that occur during this time of life. I knew I wanted to be someone to help you navigate them all.
During this time I also learned how much I don’t like the ‘quick fixes’ with fitness. Progress and goals take time and especially with women, patience is key.
In 2023 Peak Training LLC was formed with hopes to help women learn not only how to support their bodies during this time, but to also help them gain confidence and a deeper understanding of what is going on with their bodies!
My philosophy with fitness is to look at the body and habits holistically to understand how to really help you. I believe exercise is for everyone which means that I work with what you have available with equipment and time. My goal isn’t keep you around forever (although I would love that!), it’s to help guide and teach you to be able to do this on your own, wherever you may be.
