  • Hey there! I’m Teriesa Couch. I’ve been in various sports and stayed active my entire life. It wasn’t until I started lifting weights and understanding anatomy that I knew for sure I wanted to work in the fitness space.

    Throughout the years I’ve worked with individuals of all demographics. I worked with many women going through the menopausal transition and this is where I found my passion for helping women specifically. I learned about all the physical, mental, and hormonal changes that occur during this time of life. I knew I wanted to be someone to help you navigate them all.
